About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Baker to work our night shift. You will be responsible for producing fresh bread rolls and bakery products for our daily operations.

Responsibilities

Prepare, mix, shape, proof, and bake bread rolls and bakery products.
Independently manage the entire bread-making process from start to finish.
Ensure all products meet our quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
Work efficiently to ensure products are ready for daily trading.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience working as a baker.
Ability to independently produce bread rolls from start to finish.
Strong understanding of bread production techniques.
Ability to work independently on night shifts.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.

Full-Time Front of House Team Member

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service.
Take customer orders and process payments.
Prepare and serve food and beverages.
Make fresh Vietnamese salad rolls.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the café.
Work collaboratively with both the front and back of house teams.

Requirements

Previous experience working in a café or hospitality environment.
Experience serving customers is essential.
Experience making Vietnamese salad rolls is required.
Friendly, professional, and well-presented.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.

Full-Time Back of House Team Member

About the Role

Support our kitchen team by preparing fresh food while maintaining excellent food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare Vietnamese salad rolls and other menu items.
Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
Support kitchen operations during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous kitchen or food preparation experience.
Experience making Vietnamese salad rolls is required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, organised, and a strong team player.
